The Loans and Guarantees Act, 2025,-
(1) In the preamble, instead of the phrase "In clause (2) of Article 58 of the Constitution of Nepal, there is a provision that no loan shall be taken or guaranteed by the Government of Nepal except in accordance with the law, and" "No loan shall be taken or guaranteed by the Government of Nepal except in accordance with the law" With the constitutional provision of, and" the word "Adhirajya" in the same preamble has been removed. (2) In place of the words "House of Representatives" in section 6, the words "Legislature-Parliament" are substituted.
